These serial numbers can be changed using the "rtl_eeprom" command.
This is mainly helpful when dealing with a setup containing more than one SDR.
This page changes which SDR is used for 1090 / 978 MHz reception
by editing the /boot/adsbx-env and /boot/adsbx-978env files.
If you are outside the USA, 978 isn't used in your location and
this page is not relevant as there in only one SDR used by one program.
